Finding your Feet in Leuven: connect, learn and thrive

Are you feeling out of place in a new city? Moving to Leuven with your family can be exciting, but once the novelty wears off, you might find yourself looking for community, routine, and a sense of home in an unfamiliar place. Join us for a welcoming workshop where we’ll explore life in Belgium and connect over navigating life in a new location.

About the event

This workshop is for anyone who has come to Belgium and is feeling a little low after the initial high of discovering a new place. We know that when families (with or without kids) move to Belgium, it can be difficult for everyone to get settled in. For example, it’s common for one partner to get settled at work and the kids at school, but the "accompanying partner" can be left to find their path alone.

With this workshop, we want to let you know that you aren't alone! Not only are there other partners in a similar situation (in Leuven and even around the world), but the International House Leuven is here to support you - whether you are looking for community, work or answers to practical questions.
